In your role as Legal PA you will be first line of contact for enquiries for legal support. The business represents high profile individuals across the UK and internationally so you will need to operate with a high degree of professionalism throughout, understanding the scenario being faced and have a compassionate nature in booking a sensitive appointment with a lawyer.
Essentially it would be in the region of 30 calls per day, managing the CRM system and booking in appointments. They operate from an advanced AI software; however, the personal nature is still required to maintain first class service levels. Fully remote, the role is 9-5 where you must be able to work in a quiet environment conducive to handling sensitive information. The perfect scenario being someone with a home office set up already in place.
Beyond the core elements of the role you will also be involved in management meetings weekly to review caseloads, deliver any follow up calls and close off files appropriately.
