Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and create tailored event proposals
- Coordinate all event details including catering, AV, and accommodation
- Prepare and distribute function sheets to hotel teams
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Support events on-site where required
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and F&B teams
- Capture and communicate all client requirements
- Attend meetings to ensure smooth event delivery
- Track event success and identify repeat business opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in events, sales, or hotel operations
- Background within hotels or event venues
- Familiarity with systems such as Opera or Events500
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and client-facing ability
