We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established operation based in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working as a Parts Advisor within the Automotive, HGV, Bus & Coach, Forklift, Agriculture or plant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
- You’ll accurately identify parts using EPC systems and technical catalogues
- You’ll manage stock control, including ordering, stocktakes, and fast-moving parts availability
- You’ll liaise with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively
- You’ll support engineers and service teams to ensure minimal downtime
- You’ll process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims
- You’ll maintain an organised and efficient parts department
