We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to join a well-established hotel in Hemel Hempstead. Key Responsibilities:
This varied role combines managing reservations with planning and coordinating events. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing booking processes and ensuring reservations are accurate
- Coordinating events from the initial enquiry through to execution
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver excellent service
- Managing event logistics and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
- Ensuring bookings are fully documented and enquiries are handled promptly
