Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Agency Chef, you will:
- Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals for around 60 residents
- Cater to a high standard while meeting dietary requirements
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Manage stock levels and keep the kitchen organised
- Deliver well-presented meals with care and attention to detail
What we're looking for
To be successful as a Weekend Agency Chef, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Care Home Chef or within school catering
- A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Strong food hygiene knowledge
- The ability to work independently and confidently manage a busy kitchen
- A reliable, professional approach and a passion for producing quality food
