We’re recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join an established facilities team in Evesham, working within a secure environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control)
  • Support horticultural tasks such as planting, pruning, and seeding

  • Operate tools, equipment, and light machinery safely
  • Assist with general site upkeep and drainage tasks
  • Carry out basic painting and maintenance duties when required
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures
