Lead a dynamic hospitality operation in Poole with straight shifts and career progression. Are you an experienced Food and Beverage Manager ready to take ownership of a busy hospitality operation? Responsibilities:

  • Lead restaurant, bar and event service operations
  • Manage bookings, stock control, cashing up and company procedures
  • Ensure all functions are delivered to agreed standards
  • Act as the key contact for customers, clients and event organisers
  • Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Support team training, compliance and daily operational standards
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and service

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality management experience across restaurant and events
  • Strong team leadership and training ability
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety, licensing and compliance procedures
