Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy service function within an agricultural setting
- Lead, support and coordinate a team of operational staff
- Allocate and manage workloads to support efficiency
- Deal with customer enquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Monitor performance and support reporting requirements
- Ensure work is completed in line with agreed standards and procedures
- Handle internal staffing matters appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and general departmental administration

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Background in a service or operational environment (agricultural sector advantageous)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage people and workloads effectively
- Comfortable dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Some understanding of performance tracking or reporting
