Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's best resorts near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

The role is to help lead, develop and deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model to help develop the brigade of 34 chefs. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operation with a fantastic knowledge of kitchen management and financial acumen and be a real people person. The position is mainly based in the amazing golf club house, but you will also get the chance to work in other areas of the resort.
Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will help create menus for the restaurants using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award-winning meats, fish, and cheese fresh from the surrounding area.
