Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve holiday and ownership propositions across accommodation, experiences, food and beverage, and ownership benefits
  • Map and optimise the end-to-end guest and owner journey
  • Lead pilots and roll out successful initiatives across all parks
  • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling value messaging
  • Own all on-park marketing strategy and execution
  • Drive incremental revenue and increase spend per guest
  • Build a strong owner community to improve retention and advocacy
  • Track proposition performance, ROI, and customer feedback
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team in Hemel Hempstead
