Role & Responsibilities
As Sous Chef you will help the Head Chef run the kitchen on a day‐to‐day basis, mentor and train junior chefs to ensure consistency in quality and standards. You will also support function work for international events – experience in function work would be a distinct advantage. The kitchen produces rosette‐quality food; a background from a similar establishment is essential.
