Key Responsibilities:
As Front Office Manager, you’ll lead from the front and ensure a seamless guest experience:
- Manage the day-to-day running of reception, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Train, coach and motivate the Receptionist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee bookings and ensure the reservations system is accurate and efficient.
