Key Responsibilities

As the Chef, you’ll take ownership of the breakfast and brunch service, including:

  • Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
  • Managing the kitchen independently during service
  • Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
  • Supporting stock control and minimising waste
