Exceptional opportunity for a commercially astute, analytically strong professional with a clear track record in investment-led decision-making to operate as a Finance Business Partner supporting a leadership group within a growing property investment business.
The business is looking for a Finance Business Partner who can oversee the commercial and financial agreements with the joint venture partners. You will provide the data sets for investment decisions, provide technical feedback and communicate with the executive committee and JV.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the creation, review and governance of complex financial models to appraise acquisitions, developments and asset-level strategies.
- Evaluate opportunities using key performance metrics including IRR, equity multiples, yields, sensitivity and downside analysis.
- Stress test assumptions relating to costings, cap rates, interest rates and exit scenarios.
- Support debt funding processes by providing lenders with appropriate financial analysis and coverage information.
- Lead on investment strategies, management and ensure an astute commercial judgement.
- Capable of leading meetings, providing insight, influence and clear delivery against investment objectives.
Reporting to the CEO, he is looking for a progressive individual who has qualified in accounting, moved into a commercial accounting role and operating as a Finance Business Partner ideally within a private equity or joint venture environment understanding the associated demands.
