Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong and productive relationships with stakeholders, existing and new.
- Tendering and negotiating maintenance contracts.
- Leading business growth in road maintenance.
- Managing contracts, services, finances, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards.
- Assisting with the development of long-term business plans, budgets and forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in roading maintenance and construction.
- Proven success in leading and managing civil and/or road maintenance contracts or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and sub-contractors.
- Leading diverse teams and identifying areas of development.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Attitude is key and we are looking for drive, determination and ambition.
