This role is designed for a Management Accountant who can work with "imperfect and create perfect". The business has recently hired a new Finance Director and this is his first appointment into the business. With an established transactional team of 4, the new Management Accountant will take full responsibility for the management accounts pack for 2 entities, providing final accounts before working day 10 with commentary and analysis.
The new Finance Director has already identified areas for process and performance improvement, so it would suit someone who likes to make change and a Management Accountant who believes things can always be done better. This role is for someone not afraid to challenge the norm and has vision.
Applications are welcomed from qualified, part qualified and qualified by experience individuals who are well versed in month end and would love to take full responsibility of the management accounts. Alongside this, you will be given the mentoring responsibilities of the finance team, guiding and helping them reach their potential.
