The hotel restaurant is catered for by a kitchen team of 7, serving an average of 60–80 covers per evening, with varying numbers at the weekend. The hotel has 2 small function rooms, able to cater for buffet lunches up to 40 covers.

Our client is looking for a driven Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh ingredients to join their kitchen team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll assist the senior chefs with food preparation and cooking dishes for all areas of the hotel, ensuring consistency and high standards of quality and food hygiene. You will be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn.
