Key Responsibilities
In this Agricultural Technician role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment across Cambridgeshire, including:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on tractors, telehandlers, and farm machinery
- Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Inspecting hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems
- Completing welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair work when required
- Maintaining trailers, implements, and machinery attachments
- Conducting machinery inspections and ensuring equipment remains roadworthy
- Responding to breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime
