Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a unique pub near Kingsbridge in South Devon, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Chef de Partie to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, starting immediately, whilst they recruit permanent staff.

With contrasting levels of business, you can find yourself serving 10 covers per day in the winter months to serving 150/200+ covers per service during the height of summer, with a huge trade coming from the nearby beach. The pub offers a high-quality yet simple menu of British dishes, made using fresh, seasonal produce, and is open for both lunch and dinner service. Staff accommodation is available on this assignment, which on this occasion will be a shared bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Please note that the pub's location is very remote with no public transport links nearby, therefore, this role may be best suited to someone with their own transport.
What's involved?
As an Agency Chef de Partie, you will be representing Platinum Recruitment on ongoing temporary assignment, working under the direction of the Head Chef. Starting immediately, you must be a team player, able to work under pressure with previous experience in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring you maintain a high standard of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times. Working with Platinum as an Agency Chef requires an up-to-date food hygiene and allergy certificate along with references. Staff accommodation is available on this assignment, which on this occasion will be a shared bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
