We are looking for 2 reliable operatives to assist with chilled ceiling validation works in a Central London office environment.
Working Hours
Night shifts: Monday to Thursday 19:00 to 05:00
Approximate duration: 12 weeks
Scope of Works
- Carefully open and reinstate ceiling tiles.
- Trace chilled ceiling pipework and identify routes.
- Mark findings onto provided drawings.
- Record information in a spreadsheet, including:
- Valve numbers and locations.
- Condition of pipework and components.
- Signs of leakage or previous water damage.
- Any defects or issues identified above ceiling level.
- Protect desks, furniture, and equipment before commencing works each shift.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Some plumbing/mechanical experience required.
- Ability to work accurately and complete survey documentation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience working in occupied or critical environments preferred.
Important This is a critical environment, therefore operatives must take extreme care when opening and closing ceiling systems to avoid any damage, leaks, or disruption to the client's operations. A professional approach and high standard of housekeeping are essential at all times.
