Platinum Recruitment are currently looking for Document Controller in Bristol for a major Client ⚡️ Location Bristol, will consider hybrid working role.
- Salary - Competitive salary Job Duties Typical Responsibilities
- Get records from third party systems and download to Client folders
- Check jointing records against as built drawings
- Develop & update Jointing Log / Register
- Check NDT records against as built
- Check document naming against client naming convention
- Check As built drawing against what has been requested to be updated
- Chasing records down from site team on a regular basis
- Compile manufacturers literature documents for specific project
- Checking / track records against what is expected - Managing electronic and paper-based document control systems Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with document management systems such as: Aconex - Viewpoint - Share Point - EDMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Understanding of quality assurance and compliance procedures Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in document control, administration, or project coordination
- Experience in construction, engineering, rail, or manufacturing sectors
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems can be beneficial
- Business administration or project management qualifications are advantageous but not always essential
