Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of core financial reporting across multiple entities within a growing group structure, supporting a business with assets in excess of £100m.

Led by an “elite” entrepreneur, the organisation has delivered exceptional growth through investment and acquisition, with a clearly defined strategy for the next phase.

This hire will play a key role in underpinning that growth by ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across finance processes.

Your remit will be to take responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, challenge financial performance, and identify areas of improvement and inefficiency.

You will be expected to maintain high accounting standards, meet strict deadlines, and provide meaningful insight to support commercial decision-making.
