To join this business and take on this Management Accountant opportunity would be a privilege for any aspiring qualified accountants. You are joining an organisation on the up and will form part of the finance team in its infancy where your commercial input will shape the future finance infrastructure.
Working alongside the Finance Director and supporting the CEO on the growth journey, you will be given full control of the management accounts pack for 3 entities within the group. All of a manageable size, you will run through budget, forecast, month end close, board presentation and be tasked with providing commercial input and commentary on performance. They are looking for someone who can see beyond the result pack and who is willing to challenge data and interrogate the accounts with an eye of growth.
Combined turnover for all entities is c.£12million with a forecast in place to exceed £20million by year end 2026 so exceptional growth in play. Whilst the growth is achieved and managed by the CEO you will be given a clear path to Financial Controller in the future and be a key decision maker in how finance will look as the business continues to expand.
The CEO is an inspirational figure, highly regarded in the sector with a host of unbelievable achievements, alongside her an FD who gives you freedom and encouragement to follow a career path beyond management accounts so you are joining a leadership team of real quality and integrity. Their vision is to hire the next generation and begin to create a succession plan with this hire of a Management Accountant as the first step on that journey.
