This role is the perfect platform for a recently qualified accountant looking to step up to Financial Controller status. A growing SME with a large client portfolio and turnover in the region of £10m would love to invite a Financial Controller to join them and push the business forward.
He isn’t looking for the finished article; he is looking for someone who feels ready to step up and would welcome the opportunity. What he expects is you to be a recently qualified accountant, tech savvy, can manage and produce full sets of accounts and have a solutions energy about your work.
The business is great, cash rich, brilliant clients; however, don’t be fooled that it isn’t without its challenges so you need to like a challenge too. Longer term growth up to FD level with the guidance of a portfolio FD who can shape the gaps in experience.
