Role Profile: You will act as the senior in a small team of two Bookkeepers; and there is a real opportunity to make this role your own; with the partners happy for you to shape the position and department around how you like to work – making this a unique opportunity to put your own stamp on things. The role will be a mix of Bookkeeping and VAT using Xero software; there’s plenty of variety and you will get to build some really strong relationships with your clients through regular contact and meetings. There is an emphasis on understanding the businesses you work with so you can help them along the way – this is about providing a quality and tailored service – it couldn’t be further from a lot of other firms that are more focussed on volume over quality.
