You’ll report directly to the Managing Director.

You’ll work closely with an MD who values experience, wants to hear your ideas and will give you the freedom to make decisions and genuinely influence how Credit Control operates.

You’ll have end-to-end ownership of:
- Rental arrears
- Landlord and tenant relationships
- Section 8 notices
- Account resolution
- Prioritising and managing your own portfolio
No micromanagement. No constant checking. No one looking over your shoulder.
You’ll be trusted to use your experience, manage your workload and get results.
And as the business continues to expand, there is a genuine opportunity to build and ultimately lead the Credit Control function.
