We're recruiting for an Electrician to join an established facilities team in Worksop, working within a secure prison environment. This role offers a stable, long-term position with structured working patterns and ongoing development.
As an Electrician, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on essential electrical systems, ensuring a safe and compliant environment in Worksop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and preventive maintenance across electrical systems
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs
- Undertake minor installation works and component replacements
- Conduct inspections and testing in line with regulations
- Complete maintenance records and reports accurately
- Support general maintenance and operational requirements
- Work within strict Health & Safety procedures in a prison environment
What we're looking for:
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation (Level 2+)
- 18th Edition certification (or willingness to update)
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Basic IT skills
- Flexible approach to working patterns, including weekends
- Desirable knowledge of fire alarm and CCTV systems
