We're recruiting for a Parts Manager in Woodbridge to join a respected and growing business within the Agricultural and Groundcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced parts professional ready to step into a senior role where you'll have real responsibility, lead an established team, and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business.

Based in Woodbridge, this full-time permanent position offers a supportive working environment, strong employee benefits, and the chance to build a long-term career within a professional and forward-thinking company. You'll work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, with additional hours required during peak periods and Saturdays on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
  • Managing the showroom and Goods Inwards area to maintain high standards
  • Leading, supporting, and motivating the existing parts team
  • Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Supporting both the Sales and Service Departments with parts requirements
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade accounts
  • Monitoring departmental performance, profitability, and stock levels
  • Managing stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
  • Ensuring all administration and record keeping is completed accurately
  • Working towards departmental targets and operational objectives

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or similar position
  • Background within Agricultural, Groundcare or Plant sectors would be advantageous
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Good IT skills and experience using internal systems
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
