Key Responsibilities:
This varied role involves supporting the Head Chef in culinary and administrative tasks, ensuring high standards during service.
Responsibilities include:
Using Re-gen or Rational ovens and managing large plated functions.
Running the pass during busy A la carte services and overseeing smaller banquets.
Managing food costs, GP, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Training and inspiring team members to deliver consistently excellent food.
Confidently handling menu tastings and client conversations in the Head Chef's absence.
What we're looking for:
A dedicated culinary professional with experience in large plated functions and kitchen management.
Strong knowledge of food costs, GP, and food hygiene (Level 3 and allergens).
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the team.
Confident in system use, including Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard.
A full driving licence would be advantageous given the remote site location, but isnt essential.
