What will you be doing as Operations Manager?

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the property
  • Provide senior management cover in the General Manager's absence
  • Maintain consistent standards across all departments

  • Analyse guest feedback and introduce practical action plans

What we’re looking for:

  • A successful track record at Head of Department or senior management level within a luxury hotel
  • Experience within a busy country house hotel, including weddings and events, would be highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Previous experience with a major global hotel brand would be advantageous
  • A commercially driven approach with the ability to think like a guest and act like an owner
  • Confident communication and influencing skills
  • A genuine passion for outstanding hospitality and maintaining high standards

Due to the countryside location near Woking and the possibility of occasional late finishes, applicants must have their own reliable transport. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.
