Key Responsibilities
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the pastry kitchen, supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods
- Producing dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation
- Supporting the pastry team with daily preparation and service
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal dishes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section
- Ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained
- Supporting junior members of the team and working collaboratively across the kitchen
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar
- A genuine passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail
- Experience within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment
- Good technical pastry skills and a desire to continue developing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, proactive and hardworking attitude
