Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you'll be a warm and welcoming first point of contact, helping to create a memorable guest experience.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures with a warm, professional approach
- Handle a variety of reception and reservations tasks
- Deliver attentive and personalised guest service
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Work across early, middle and late shifts on a rota basis
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards
- Use systems such as Rezlynx, Secure Trading and ResDiary
What we're looking for
You’ll be an organised and versatile Receptionist who enjoys working in a hands‑on team environment.
- Previous 4-star (or higher) hotel reception experience within a luxury or boutique environment is essential
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident working as part of a dedicated team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to different shifts and responsibilities
- Access to a car is essential due to the accommodation & hotel location
