Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the F&B Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the food and beverage operation.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
- Lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Maintain high standards of service throughout the day
- Oversee bar service alongside restaurant operations
- Help create a welcoming experience for every guest
- Support the F&B Manager with the wider operation
