Oversee the smooth running of conferences, weddings, parties and other functions Lead the operational delivery of events, ensuring excellent service throughout Coordinate with the wider F&B team to ensure every event runs smoothly Support and lead the team during busy events Maintain high standards of food, beverage and customer service Respond confidently to guest requirements and resolve any issues Help ensure the venue is fully prepared before each eventWhat we're looking for This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step and develop their career within hospitality.
