We're recruiting for a Parts Team Manager in Weston-super-Mare to join a busy contact centre-led operation focused on delivering an outstanding customer journey through effective workflow, supplier coordination, and parts management.
As a Parts Team Manager, you'll combine strong people leadership with data-driven decision making, helping to improve operational performance while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing operational team
- Managing a team of 6 to ensure timely and efficient job completion
- Using reporting and MI data to improve operational performance
- Monitoring productivity, attendance, quality, and engagement
- Overseeing parts ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and FCA requirements
- Supporting operational changes and new workstreams
