Platinum Recruitment are working with a very busy Sushi restaurant in Central London, and we have an opportunity for a motivated Relief Sushi Chef to start with the team ASAP. This is a 2 week temporary assignment starting 16th June.

What's involved?
- Supporting our clients on a temporary basis to ensure the smooth running of their kitchens.
- Various kitchen or cooking duties or could be assigned to work on one particular section.
- Covering as a Relief Chef de Partie through to Head Chef, and everything in between.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety at all times.
- Expected to be calm under pressure and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
