We're recruiting a Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking hospitality group in London, offering hybrid flexibility and a supportive, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career while working across engaging digital campaigns in a fast-paced setting in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering digital campaigns across multiple markets, including email and Social Media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitoring platforms for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, responding professionally and promptly
- Optimising campaign performance using ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid advertising platforms
- Analysing performance data to refine content and improve audience engagement
- Working closely with internal teams to support wider Marketing and promotional activity
- Preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Experience developing and implementing strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong digital skills to enhance online visibility and engagement
- Confident content creation skills suited to brand-led environments
- Software knowledge including Microsoft Office, Canva Pro, and WordPress
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with external agencies
- A creative mindset with fresh ideas
- Applications are also welcomed from a Marketing Coordinator within hospitality, with a minimum of 2-3 year's experience
- Experience of working with new hotel opening is desired or a Marriott background could be advantageous
- Car driver essential as you must be prepared to travel occasionally between properties
