Handle hire enquiries and understand customer equipment requirements Process bookings, quotations and hire documentation accurately Check equipment availability and allocate plant Coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers and depot teams Keep customers updated throughout the hire process Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate hire system records Build strong relationships with new and existing customers What we're looking for: We're looking for someone with relevant industry experience who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a busy environment.
