Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in improving digital customer experiences by:
- Owning and enhancing customer journeys from discovery through to booking
- Identifying friction points and delivering seamless, user-friendly experiences
- Analysing customer behaviour using ContentSquare to generate actionable insights
- Leading UX input into A/B testing and optimisation programmes
- Working closely with Product and commercial teams to improve conversion
- Conducting user research to validate ideas and inform design decisions
- Championing accessibility and best practice across digital experiences
- Defining UX standards to ensure consistency across all customer journeys
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who can bring both creativity and analytical thinking, including:
- Proven experience in a UX or digital optimisation role
- Strong customer journey analysis and optimisation skills
- Experience using behavioural analytics platforms such as ContentSquare
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation tools such as AB Tasty
- Experience working alongside Product or commercial teams
- The ability to translate insight into practical improvements
- Experience within high-volume digital environments is desirable
- Knowledge of improving transactional or booking journeys
- Accessibility experience and a passion for inclusive design
- Previous experience as a Senior UX professional or Experience Designer would be highly advantageous
