You'll have access to an Employee Assistance Programme.Key Responsibilities As Wedding and Events Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of the planning and delivery of exceptional events, ensuring every client receives a first-class experience. Manage and deliver a variety of events and weddings. Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible. Develop sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Manage budgets and ensure accurate event billing. Coordinate with suppliers, confirming logistics, quotations and rates. Conduct client site visits, showcasing facilities and tailoring arrangements to their needs. Attend client meetings and networking events to develop new business opportunities. Maintain strong product knowledge and oversee team workload schedules. Identify opportunities to grow the hotel's wedding offering and establish it as a sought-after wedding destination.What we're looking for We're looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded professional who thrives on delivering memorable experiences and building strong relationships. Experience managing weddings, events and conferences within hospitality to a 5 star level Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities. Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and supporting sales growth. Experience recruiting, training and developing a team. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to grow the wedding and events business.
