Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the kitchen in their absence

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality‑led kitchen
- Experience within a Rosette or similar fresh‑food environment

- Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
