You'll play a vital role in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and Acquired Brain Injury to live fulfilling lives. A NEW enhanced DBS certificate will be required for this support worker role and ideally hold a UK Driving licence and car Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised support based on assessed needs and preferences, promoting independence and well-being. Daily Living Support: Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Community Engagement: Accompany individuals on outings, appointments, and social activities. Communication & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily notes and incident reports. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals. Shift Work: Work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins.About the Role: Provide support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
