Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional approach
- Providing concierge style assistance, including directions and local recommendations
- Escorting guests and assisting with luggage handling
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Driving estate buggies and providing local shuttle transfers
- Maintaining accurate luggage records and driveway presentation
- Delivering discreet, personalised customer service
- Working closely with colleagues across all departments to exceed guest expectations
- Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining required certifications
- Supporting the wider team with additional duties as business needs require
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a luxury, five-star hospitality environment
- A full UK or EU driving licence & at least 3 years' UK driving experience for the relevant vehicle type
- A minimum age of 21 years
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
