Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Support and supervise junior chefs and kitchen porters during preparation and service Help maintain a positive, organised and collaborative kitchen environment Cover breakfast duties when required Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen regulations Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency during busy services What we're looking for We're looking for a passionate Chef who is ready to take on more responsibility and help lead a professional kitchen team.
