Key Responsibilities
- As the Chef, you’ll take ownership of the breakfast and brunch service, including:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
- Managing the kitchen independently during service
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
- Supporting stock control and minimising waste
What we’re looking for
- We’re looking for a talented Breakfast chef who can deliver brilliant breakfast and brunch dishes with pace, consistency, and pride in presentation.
- Previous experience cooking breakfast and brunch in a busy kitchen
- Ability to work confidently as a sole chef
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Experience as a Chef De Partie would be beneficial
