We are recruiting a Receptionist for a temporary ongoing opportunity in Bristol. This is a great chance to join a well-established hotel environment, where you will be at the heart of the guest experience and work closely with a supportive front office team.

Key Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking room reservations and allocating rooms for walk-in guests
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Upselling upgraded rooms and promoting Hotel services
- Coordinating room-status updates with housekeeping
- Communicating check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests
- Processing room charges, balancing and banking
- Operating the switchboard
- Reviewing function sheets and liaising with departments daily
- Using Opera Cloud to support smooth front office operations
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a hotel front office role
- Experience using Opera Cloud
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, organised and proactive approach
- Confidence handling payments, guest queries and administration
- The ability to work well with colleagues across different departments
