Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel’s operation throughout the night shift and ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.
- Lead the night team and ensure duties are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee overnight operations including front desk, security, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities if required.
- Complete nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
- Monitor overnight budgets and record expenses accurately.
