Are you a passionate and experienced Bar Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Dual Site Bar Manager to oversee operations across two vibrant Central London hospitality venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.

The Role

As Dual Site Bar Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of two busy bar operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, strong financial performance, and a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop bar teams across two locations.
  • Manage staff rotas, training, recruitment and performance.
  • Drive exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
  • Support revenue growth through events, promotions and operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service at all times.
  • Analyse sales and labour performance to maximise profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Bar Manager experience in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or large-volume venues is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Personal licence holder preferred but not essential.
