Are you a passionate and experienced Bar Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Dual Site Bar Manager to oversee operations across two vibrant Central London hospitality venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.
The Role
As Dual Site Bar Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of two busy bar operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, strong financial performance, and a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop bar teams across two locations.
- Manage staff rotas, training, recruitment and performance.
- Drive exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
- Support revenue growth through events, promotions and operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service at all times.
- Analyse sales and labour performance to maximise profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Bar Manager experience in a busy hospitality environment.
- Experience managing multiple locations or large-volume venues is desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and KPIs.
- Personal licence holder preferred but not essential.
