Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, ideally within a care or healthcare setting.
  • You will hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (essential).
  • Awareness or experience with IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) is a significant advantage, demonstrating your commitment to providing safe and appropriate meals for residents with varying needs, including those with dementia and receiving end-of-life care.
