Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen operation and delivering high-quality fresh food across busy services.
Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Prepare and deliver fresh, homemade dishes to a high standard
Assist with seasonal menu ideas and daily specials
Lead the kitchen team during busy services
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Support functions, private events, and busy Sunday services
Help manage stock control and kitchen organisation
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a Sous Chef who enjoys working with fresh food in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef

Calm and organised during busy services
